Manual order processing is ideal for brands with a low order volume (fewer than 10 orders per week) or for those selling customized or made-to-order products. This method allows you to process orders individually using the ExpertVoice Admin portal.
Pro tip: We recommend checking for and processing new orders daily. You can also enable the Daily Order Summary email to receive automatic order notifications.

Combined shipping for manual order processing
Starting February 18, 2025, orders placed by the same expert across multiple deals will appear in the Admin under a new “Related Orders” section. This enhancement helps your team identify which orders can be shipped together, saving time and shipping costs.
What do I need to do?
Nothing—this update will automatically appear in the ExpertVoice Admin.
Your fulfillment team should:
-
Check the new Related Orders section on the order summary page
-
Identify orders from the same expert and organization
-
Consolidate and ship related orders together when possible
Why this matters
With expanded programs like outlets and Flash Deals, experts may order several products from your brand across different stores or campaigns. In the past, this resulted in:
-
Multiple order IDs
-
Duplicate shipments
-
Extra shipping costs for both you and the expert
The Related Orders feature helps:
-
Simplify tracking and fulfillment
-
Minimize shipping costs
-
Create a more seamless shopping experience for experts
What will change in the Admin
You’ll see a new “Related Orders” section on the order summary page. It will display orders placed by the same expert within the same organization that can be shipped together.
Your fulfillment team is encouraged to review this section and ship related orders together whenever possible.
