If you're unable to fulfill an order—or an expert reaches out to cancel before fulfillment—your Order Fulfillment Manager (OFM) is responsible for completing the cancellation in a timely manner. This ensures a smooth, positive experience for experts and supports your brand reputation on ExpertVoice.

Step-by-step: Cancel an order in the Admin

Log in to the ExpertVoice Admin
Go to: admin.expertvoice.com and sign in with your credentials -
Navigate to the Orders tab
In the left-hand menu, select Orders to view all current and past orders -
Search for the order
Use the search bar or filters to locate the specific order you want to cancel -
Click into the order details
Select the order to open the full order summary and see item-level information -
Cancel individual items or the full order

To cancel a specific item, click the Cancel button next to that line item

To cancel the entire order, click Cancel Order at the top of the screen

Select a cancellation reason
Choose the appropriate reason from the dropdown menu (e.g., out of stock, expert request, etc.) -
Confirm the cancellation
Double-check your selections and confirm. The system will notify the expert automatically
Best practice: Cancel orders as soon as possible to avoid confusion or poor expert experiences
