Manual order processing is ideal for brands with a low order volume (fewer than 10 orders per week) or for those selling customized or made-to-order products. This method allows you to process orders individually using the ExpertVoice Advocacy Platform Order manager.
Pro tip: We recommend checking for and processing new orders daily. You can also enable the Daily Order Summary email to receive automatic order notifications.
How to process orders manually
This article explains order processing in the ExpertVoice Admin. Non-FFL Manual Integration brands should refer to this guide on Order Processing in Advocacy Platform.
Log into the ExpertVoice Advocacy Platform and navigate to the Orders tab to see all orders.
Click into each order to review and process.
Once shipped, fulfill orders by adding tracking information directly in the Advocacy Platform.

Combined shipping for manual order processing
Starting February 18, 2025, orders placed by the same expert across multiple deals will be flagged in the Order Detail Pages during the processing and fulfillment stages. Multiple orders from the same expert should be consolidated and shipped together to save time and shipping costs.
