Integration Lite is a flexible order processing method for brands without EDI capabilities but with a high order volume that makes manual entry inefficient. It enables brands to export orders in bulk from the ExpertVoice Advocacy Platform, fulfill them through internal systems, and then import tracking and shipment details via a spreadsheet.
⚠️ Note: Brands are responsible for monitoring orders frequently and must manually process refunds and returns in the ExpertVoice Admin.
How to process orders using Integration Lite
This article is about Integration Lite order processing in the Advocacy Platform. Brands that sell FFL products should refer Order Processing for FFL orders to process in the ExpertVoice Admin.
- Log into the ExpertVoice Advocacy Platform and navigate to the Orders tab.
- In the Exports & Imports tab, click Release Orders. This authorizes the experts’ payment method for all selected orders, kicking off the seven‑day shipping window.
- If a card is declined, the order pauses while the expert updates payment. Unpaid orders automatically cancel after two days.
- Fulfill orders — Use your internal system to fulfill and ship the orders and track fulfillment internally.
- Import shipment info — In the Exports & Imports tab, click Import file and follow the wizard to upload tracking information. Map columns so the platform recognizes each field.
- Any products or quantities missing from your import will be cancelled from the order.
- After import, check the Recent imports section for errors. Click Details on a batch to view and fix individual line issues.

Combined shipping across deals
As of February 18, 2025, orders from a single expert that span multiple deals will be grouped using a new "Primary Order ID" column in the exported file. This makes it easier to recognize and consolidate related shipments.
The column is automatically applied to your exported Order Files.
Your fulfillment team should use the Primary Order ID to group and combine shipments efficiently.
Why it matters
As we offer more personalized deal types (e.g. outlets, flash deals), experts often order multiple products from the same brand across different stores or promotions. Without this enhancement, those deals would generate multiple order IDs and require separate shipments.
The new Related Orders feature helps:
Simplify internal processing
Reduce packaging and shipping costs
Improve the expert experience by reducing duplicate shipping charges
