A packaging insert is a piece of paper that you can customize, print off, and include in an expert's box along with their free sample for your Product Sampling Campaign.
Experts are more likely to engage with brands that appreciate them, and packaging inserts can help samplers feel extra special – especially during their unboxing of the product.
Some things to keep in mind when you’re creating inserts are to personalize the expert experience as much as possible; thank them for their time and create a consistent on-brand experience. The print-out should match the copy and design of your campaign on ExpertVoice and include any reminders about content sharing guidelines or product-related FAQs.
