Once Deal Manager is set up in your ExpertVoice Shopify app, you can set up a Shopify Flow automation to automatically tag orders placed by experts. This makes it easy to identify and report on ExpertVoice orders alongside your existing order data — no manual work needed.
- Open Shopify Flow from your store admin.
- Create a new workflow:
- Trigger: Order Created

Condition: Use a discount application based condition to detect orders coming from ExpertVoice, e.g.
discountApplications_item.AutomaticDiscountApplication.title Contains "ExpertVoice". -
Action: Add tag →
EV Order(or any internal tag you want to use) - Match this tag to the other ExpertVoice tag you have on orders, so all expert purchases appear in your existing reports
- Once the flow is set up, run it against your past orders to apply it retrospectively.
