Frequently asked questions
Will non-members see ExpertVoice pricing?
- No — only authenticated experts who access your store via ExpertVoice will see expert pricing.
Where should I place the ExpertVoice price display on my site?
- Place it next to your compare-at or MSRP price. If your theme doesn’t support app blocks, you can use a CSS selector.
Will any expert discounts be public-facing?
- No, these discounts will only display for experts who visit your website by clicking through ExpertVoice.
Will expert deals stack with my own site’s sales?
- No, we always calculate the discount off of MSRP/Compare-at price, so discounts won’t stack (so no need to pause it during sales).
Can I offer different discounts for different audiences?
- Yes. For example, you can offer different/tiered discounts for your pro and retail audiences.
Can I apply different discounts to different collections?
- Multiple discounts per deal are now supported in limited scenarios — contact your account team to see if your store is eligible.
What if my store theme doesn't support app blocks for the product page pricing display?
- If your theme doesn’t support app blocks, you can still use the app by adding a custom CSS selector—speak to your account team to get set up.
How do I configure shipping in Deal Manager?
- You will not configure shipping in Deal Manager. Shipping should follow your standard site offering to avoid expert confusion at checkout.
