Once a campaign is live, regularly check how it’s performing against your advocacy marketing program goals. As experts start to engage with your campaign, your campaign analytics will populate and refresh daily in the Advocacy Platform.
Each campaign has a dashboard that reports on high-level metrics unique to the campaign, as well as summary and detailed reporting similar to what is found in the Analytics feature in the Advocacy Platform. All metrics on a campaign dashboard are limited to engagements just with that campaign, across the campaign's lifespan.
The Analytics feature allows you to monitor the performance of multiple campaigns on ExpertVoice.
Access the campaign's dashboard
- Visit the Campaign Manager in the Advocacy Platform
Search and filter to find the campaign you wish to monitor
Click on the campaign item or the three dots on the right side of the campaign to expand the drop-down menu of options and click Open
View your Campaign Performance on the Dashboard or Results tab for a high-level summary of your campaign stats over time
How frequently are campaign reports updated
Campaign reports are currently updated twice a day.
