Note: All brands can access this report, but the data only populates for brands who can collect product reviews through their ExpertVoice Hosted Store or Product Catalog and actively syndicate to the ExpertVoice Recommendation Display.
The Recommendations Display Report in Analytics tracks views of the ExpertVoice Recommendation Display on brand websites. This display can showcase up to 25 reviews per product, a manual and/or auto-approved mix managed through the Review Manager in the Advocacy Platform. Brands can obtain installation coding from there.
The Recommendations Display Report features two graphs: 1) a line graph displaying total views over a period and 2) a horizontal bar chart showing views by product.
How to access the report

Log in to the Advocacy Platform

Click on Analytics at the top of the navigation bar

Please navigate to the dashboard you'd like to add it to

Then click Add Reports to Dashboard

Click Recommendations Display and then drag and drop it to your preferred analytics dashboard

Click the title of the report to explore the report
You can filter the report by a specific performance metric and pre-defined date range. See the filters section for more information about the available filters. Click Save Report to save your filters.
- The horizontal axis of the line graph represents time, while the vertical axis shows total views.
- The horizontal axis of the bar chart represents total views, while the vertical axis shows active products with the Recommendation Display on the brand's Product Detail Pages (PDP). Clicking a product in the bar chart simultaneously filters the line graph data for that specific product.
When you're back in the main Analytics Dashboard, click the three dots on the right of the report to explore it, rename, duplicate, remove it from your dashboard, or view the report description.
Filters
Use the filters at the right of the report to focus on specific status characteristics or narrow your view. You can select one or more filters to customize your report.
- Product Name - Filter the report to show Recommendations Display views for a specific product.
- Relative Date – Select a specific date or range to filter the data.
- Custom Date – Insert a custom date range to filter the data.

Switch Display Metric – Click to view a drop-down of different data fields to filter by:
- Recommendation Widget Loaded – total count of widget loads on a PDP
- Recommendations Viewed – The total number of display views
