How you pay us: pixel vs. manual reporting
For redirect stores, your brand must install a tracking pixel to monitor ExpertVoice-driven orders on your site. Our team will support implementation.
Once installed and validated, the pixel allows ExpertVoice to automatically download order data each month and issue a commission invoice based on the percentage in your contract.
Important: Until the pixel is validated, you must provide self-reported sales data monthly. During this testing phase:

Use the attached reporting template to provide the required information
We’ll notify you once the pixel is fully validated and self-reporting is no longer necessary.
⏱ Please submit your sales data by the third business day of each month so we can invoice promptly and close our books on time.
Invoice process
Invoices issued by ExpertVoice follow the terms outlined in your Statement of Work (SOW) under the "Invoices" section.

Financial hold
If your brand has invoices that are more than 60 days overdue, we may place your account on financial hold. This could delay the launch of new content or promotional media until the balance is resolved.
