Q. How many awards can I give?
Any image can be awarded a maximum of 1 time per brand
Q. How do awarded images display on my brand page?
The latest 5 images to be awarded will display on both the logged in and logged out versions of your ExpertVoice brand page
Q. How does a user see the message I sent?
A user can either access the message via the notification inbox or in the awards list of their profile page
Q. How can I keep track of what images I've awarded?
In the filters section of the Brand Photos tab, an awarded by brand filter is now available.
A brand can also elect to add awarded images into a custom album they’ve created.
Q. What images are shown by default?
No images show by default. A user must choose from the available themes to begin browsing.
Q. What happens if I select multiple themes?
The gallery will add together images from both individual themes.
Q. What keywords are being included within a theme?
The list is evolving, but clicking on any image will display what themes and keywords it was categorized under
Q. What if an image is clearly in the wrong theme?
Please use the report miscategorization button. This will alert an ExpertVoice team member to review the image (no immediate action will be taken)
Q. Can I use images even if a different brand is tagged?
Please be responsible and only use images that make sense to be featured, awarded, or downloaded by your brand.
Q. Can I access images that are tagged with other brands?
We do not strictly limit a brands image access based on tags. Every image displays what brands it is tagged within the content sub-tab.
Q. Can I see only images tagged with my brand in the Smart Gallery?
Yes, the smart gallery can be filtered down to only images the brand is tagged in
Q. How can I save or keep an image that I like to user later?
Any image can be saved to an album or downloaded
Q. What if I'm not seeing the images I was expecting when browsing in the Smart Gallery?
Try turning on multiple themes. This is meant to be an evolving browse experience and as it is powered by a machine learning algorithm that will improve over time.
Q. Do I need to request permission from the content creator to use a snapshot in my marketing efforts?
No, all experts give permission upon signing up to external use of images they share on ExpertVoice
Q. Can I create a snapshot with any image I like on ExpertVoice?
Yes, whether or not you are tagged in an image, you can create a snapshot and save it. We recommend using discretion with images other brands are tagged in or featured in and using what makes sense for your brand.
