At ExpertVoice, our product team continually looks for ways to improve the e-commerce experience for brands to improve conversion and customer satisfaction and for experts to create a smooth, hassle-free, and enjoyable shopping experience. All updates have proven their value and priority through user testing. Here are some of the recent improvements we hope you find valuable.
What's changing & why?
- Improved redirect store shopping experience from ExpertVoice to your e-commerce store through "deep linking."
- Allows for brands already using Shopify for their e-commerce site to deep link directly from the product page on ExpertVoice to the product page on their e-commerce site. This makes it easier for the expert to find the product and purchase it, improving conversion for the brand. Going forward, this will be implemented for all new brands.
- Product suggestions on product description pages allow experts to continue shopping when the product they are initially interested in is out of stock. We use machine learning to determine which products to suggest, which are not limited by brand.
