All new Activity and Challenge Campaigns allow brand community managers to engage their audience in new ways. As of September 6, 2022 these features are live and available in the Advocacy Platform to Community Managers.
What's changing & why?
Now you can do more with the ExpertVoice Community Manager and engage your members in impactful ways in addition to education or seeding campaigns.
Engage your members in a myriad of ways with an Activity Campaign. Ask members to complete a mission, track their completion, reward engagement and leverage the assets you’ve collected along the way. Deploy an activity campaign any time you’d like to gather proof of participation and completion both on or off the platform.
Activities could include (but are not limited to):
- Posting content on social media platforms
- Attend or advertise events
- Upload UGC such as blogs, videos or product reviews
Satisfy the appetite for competition with a Challenge Campaign. Give your community a fun way to interact with each other and gain product knowledge along the way with these gamified experiences. Allow your members to test their knowledge, and compete asynchronously to deepen their engagement with your brand.
What do I need to do?
