Integration Lite (export only) supports brands that can import bulk orders into their system via a spreadsheet but have complex or custom shipping charges or extended lead times that prevent them from finalizing orders in bulk via an import. Integration Lite (export only) is used to authorize credit cards in bulk by utilizing ExpertVoice’s Admin portal. As a brand, you are required to export orders in batches and then proceed to process them (ship and capture payment) individually through the Admin portal. You are responsible for monitoring orders on a regular basis to ensure a quick and efficient purchase experience for experts.
Note: All refunds and returns will need to be manually processed by the brand through ExpertVoice’s Admin portal. This is a great solution for brands that have smaller order volumes and want to keep a close pulse on each order.
