Overview
Manual order processing supports brands with low order volume (<10 orders a week), where manually processing orders directly in admin is quicker than constructing/uploading spreadsheets. It can also be a good option for customized or made-to-order products where a brand wants to closely monitor each individual order placed. This option requires the processing of orders on an order-by-order basis using the ExpertVoice Admin system. As a brand, you'll need to regularly check on incoming orders and process them individually as they come in by inserting the required information.
Note: It is recommended to check for and process new orders on a daily basis. As an order fulfillment manager, there is the option to receive a Daily Order Summary email to be notified of new orders.
