Overview
Manual order processing is intended for brands with low order volume (<10 orders per week), where manually processing orders directly is quicker than constructing/uploading spreadsheets. It’s also a good option for those selling customized or made-to-order products. This method allows you to process orders individually through the ExpertVoice Admin system.
*Note: It is recommended to check for and process new orders on a daily basis. As an order fulfillment manager, there is the option to receive a Daily Order Summary email to be notified of new orders.

Combined Shipping for Manual Order Processing
As of 2/18/25, orders from the same expert spanning multiple deals will now appear in ExpertVoice Admin under a new “Related Orders” section. This makes it easier for your team to identify and combine shipments, reducing costs and improving efficiency.
What do I need to do?
No setup is required — this feature will automatically appear in ExpertVoice Admin from 2/18/25. Your order fulfillment team should check the “Related Orders” section and consolidate eligible shipments. If you have any questions or concerns, please reach out to your Customer Success Partner.
Why does this matter?
As we continue to add more interesting ways for brands to target specific users with great deals through things like outlets and Flash Deals, we increase the likelihood that experts order multiple products from the same brand across multiple deals (or stores). Previously, separate deals created multiple order IDs, requiring separate shipments. This resulted in higher costs for brands and multiple shipping charges for experts. The new Related Orders feature helps:
- Simplify order tracking and processing
- Consolidate shipments to reduce costs
- Enhance the shopping experience for experts, making it even easier for them to order more products from your brand!
What will change?
The order summary page in ExpertVoice will have a new section “Related Orders”, that will show orders from the same user and same org, and that can be shipped with a combined shipment. The brand’s order fulfillment team should strive to process and ship these related orders together.
