Note: The app is available to brands with a redirect store on ExpertVoice. Brands must first host their products in a Shopify E-commerce Store and should remove the ExpertVoice Conversion Tracking Pixel if it's currently installed.
The ExpertVoice Order Reporter is a free Shopify app for Redirect Brands that tracks order conversions from ExpertVoice experts. Once installed, it automatically reports order data to ExpertVoice Finance for accurate billing, eliminating the need for the previous JavaScript tracking pixel.
- Tracks order conversion data from your ExpertVoice Seeding Campaigns and highlights which products experts purchase.

How to install the Shopify App:
1. Log into the Advocacy Platform
2. Click Configure and Conversion Tracking Pixel to obtain your brand's unique Pixel ID. Your Pixel ID will look like: exp-###-######

3. Visit ExpertVoice's Shopify App Store listing, and once logged in, click Install.
- Accept the app permissions, and insert the Pixel ID displayed in Step 2.
- A green “Complete” badge will display when the Pixel ID is successfully connected (see example below)
4. Once installed, email your Customer Success partner with confirmation. ExpertVoice will instantly see your brand's order data in the Shopify App portal for all expert purchases moving forward.
Note: If you previously installed the ExpertVoice Pixel on your website, remove it to prevent duplicate reporting. Check if you have it installed here.

Will this give ExpertVoice all of the order data from our website? Not just the orders from your members?

No, we only store order data that contains a discount code that matches a promotional code ExpertVoice issued to an expert.
- You may also configure a filtering prefix within the Shopify App. This will only send orders with specific discount codes to ExpertVoice. Please note that if your ExpertVoice code prefixes change, you must also add any new prefixes to the filter. This additional filtering is not recommended due to this added maintenance.
