The Audience Library in Libraries is a collection of the audiences most important to your brand and outlined in your ExpertVoice Solution.
What's changing and why?
As of 12-20-2023, the "Create New Audience" feature has been sunset in the Audience Library.
Your ExpertVoice support team will manage requests for new custom audiences.
This change offers brands more robust targeting options and precise targeting of expert audiences for their campaigns. Audiences that ExpertVoice creates for your brand will be made readily available in the Audience Library.
Who does this impact?
Brands with the ability to create and publish campaigns on their own in the Advocacy Platform using the Campaign Manager.
How do I request a new audience?
To target a new audience for an upcoming campaign:
- Contact your Customer Success partner at least three (3) weeks before your campaign launch and specify your desired audience's characteristics, demographics, and passions.
- ExpertVoice will create the audience for you and share it for review.
- After you approve the audience, it will appear in the Audience Library of the Advocacy Platform.
If you previously created an audience in the Audience Library, you can still access and use the audience in new or existing ExpertVoice campaigns.
