Today, we’re announcing a round-up of new features that enhance the Advocacy Platform Campaign Manager. These features will help you quickly create and manage campaigns that further your advocacy marketing goals to reach the experts that matter most to you on ExpertVoice.
What's changing & why?
1) Preview your campaign before it goes live
Note: Campaigns impacted: Education and/or Seeding Campaigns only.
It is essential to review your campaign before it goes live on ExpertVoice to ensure there are no typos or grammatical errors and that any uploaded media works properly. You can now preview your campaign before it goes live to a target audience on ExpertVoice through a custom preview link that can be found within the Advocacy Platform Campaign Manager. 2) Skip ahead to different steps when creating a campaign
Creating a campaign can sometimes involve different people or the desire to work on a specific part of the campaign at a time. Within the Campaign Manager, you can now work simultaneously within different steps. Or, if you’re the only person creating the campaign within the Advocacy Platform, you can skip ahead to a particular step – the configuration steps are now unlocked for you to edit instead of doing them in order. 3) Upload PDFs to a lesson
Do you have one-pagers or presentations on hand that you’d like to share with experts? Now you can upload one or more PDFs to any campaign where education is the main focus through a Documents Lesson. Easily share on-demand resources such as brand guidelines, product tech sheets, how-to guides, or other important information with your expert audience. Learn more here.
4) Get automated emails if you run low on promo codes
Note: For brands with a redirect store offering promotional codes through a Seeding Campaign.
To ensure your brand doesn't run out of promotional codes and experience a drop in order conversion, it's best practice to monitor how many codes you have remaining and their status. Brands who run a Seeding Campaign with redirect stores on ExpertVoice can now more effectively monitor the status of their promotional codes in Configure. Here, you can sign up for automated email alerts, and view suggested refill amounts and dates. Learn more here.
5) Quickly upload tracking information for product samplers
Note: For brands with Product Sampling Guided or Managed Service only.
Providing samplers with real-time tracking information is an important part of any sampling campaign. Now you can quickly import a CSV file(s) containing experts’ unique tracking numbers or links all within the Advocacy Platform Campaign Manager. Supported shipping providers include FedEx, UPS, and USPS. Learn more here.
