By improving the expert experience, our brands also benefit through increased engagement, exposure and e-commerce sales. Here are some of the recent improvements we hope you find valuable.
What's changing & why?
- Product suggestions in-cart
- Helps experts in their shopping journey by exposing other items in their cart that are typically purchased together. For brands, this helps increase exposure and orders.
- Recommendation Display now featured on ExpertVoice product pages
- For brands that have curated or approved reviews for the Recommendation Display, these reviews are now visible on the ExpertVoice product pages, making it easier for experts to decide which product to buy.
- Brand personalization
- Experts can now customize their experience for what brands they see and follow, making their experience more relevant to them.
