Your Order Fulfillment Manager (OFM) is the main point of contact for the ExpertVoice Customer Success Partner as well as the Expert Support team. This can be for anything related to order processing and inventory management.
It is important for your OFM to process returns in a timely manner. This ensures that experts have a positive experience with your brand on ExpertVoice and ultimately become brand advocates after experiencing your products.
Occasionally, an expert will need to return a purchased item. While this doesn’t occur often, it is important to understand the process to ensure the expert and the brand are refunded properly in a timely manner. If a refund is requested, it is usually because of a lost item or shipment, an incorrect item shipped or the product is damaged during shipment. Because returns are not common, it is important to follow the attached instructions.
Note: You must execute the order cancellation in the ExpertVoice Admin as this is the only way the member's card will be credited.
