Your Order Fulfillment Manager (OFM) is the main point of contact for the ExpertVoice Customer Success Partner and the Expert Support team. This can be for anything related to order processing and inventory management.
Your OFM must process returns promptly. This ensures that experts have a positive experience with your brand on ExpertVoice and ultimately become brand advocates after experiencing your products.
Occasionally, an expert will need to return a purchased item. While this doesn’t occur often, it is important to understand the process to ensure the expert and the brand are refunded properly and on time. If a refund is requested, it is usually because of a lost item or shipment, an incorrect item shipped, or a damaged product during shipment.
Note: You must execute the order cancellation in the ExpertVoice Admin, as this is the only way the member's card will be credited.
