At ExpertVoice, our product team continually looks for ways to improve the e-commerce experience for brands to improve conversion and customer satisfaction and for experts to create a smooth, hassle-free, and enjoyable shopping experience. All updates have proven their value and priority through user testing. Here are some of the recent improvements we hope you find valuable.
What's changing & why?
- New Single Checkout experience for experts
- It's never been easier for experts to complete their purchases of your products on ExpertVoice. They can now checkout for all hosted store products/brands simultaneously.
- Save for later allows experts to save items separately from their cart if they are not ready to purchase the item just yet. Don't worry, we remind them not to wait too long or their item may no longer be in stock.
- Review filters on product pages allow experts to easily find helpful reviews for the product they are interested in purchasing. They can now filter by the newest, most helpful, by rating, plus search for keywords such as size or battery life.
What do I need to do?
