Within the Lesson Library of the Advocacy Platform, brands can create lessons on demand to boost experts' knowledge. Brands can now easily include a Document Lesson in Education Campaigns to share pre-made, on-brand resources with experts, such as product spec sheets, how-to guides, and UGC guidelines with experts.
The benefits of creating a Document Lesson:
-
Saves the campaign manager time. With Documents, you can easily upload on-brand, pre-approved company PDF assets in seconds in the Lesson Library of the Advocacy Platform.
-
A new way to boost expertise. This lesson provides your target expert audience with downloadable resources to have more information at their fingertips.
-
Supplements other lessons. Documents can complement your traditional lesson types and be an optional resource for experts wanting to learn more about your brand and products.
What's changing & why?
Previously, brands could create a Structured Lesson or Video Lesson in the Lesson Library. Now, brands can create a third type, a Document Lesson, to house a collection of pre-approved, on-brand PDFs.
Experts, such as Retail Sales Associates and Product Samplers, have requested more information to help them in their roles, such as high-level product-specific talking points. This new lesson type provides more information at their fingertips.
